This image represents the relationship of how everything in your life is connected to your self-esteem. Everything. How you manage each segment is determined by how intact your self-esteem is cracked, the wheel will wobble; you will not trust your own instincts, you will compromise your respect, you will live in fear of the unknown, allowing the monster in your closet to define your reality.

I have decided to redesign my website and in discussions with marketing and design people, I’ve come to realize that many people don’t actually understand exactly what the Financial Whisperer program is all about. And, often total strangers assume from the title that it is about budgets, 401 K’s, and looking only at the conversations that your parents had about money growing up.

Someone asked if I had to pick one word to define the essence of the Financial Whisperer Series, what would it be?
“Control” I answered.
Expanding on that, who has the control in and over your life?
Who and what defines who you really are?
What defines where you are right now? Your debt? Your weight? Your fear?

In the 20 weeks I spend with a client, we start out “driving the stage coach” which is your life. The wagon wheel illustration shows that if the hub is cracked, the wheel will wobble as we drive the stage coach; not a comfortable ride. And, all the elements of your life will be effected by the cracked hub.

When we go on this journey, I have both sets of reins. As you build self-awareness and take increasing control, I pass the first rein to you….we have control in tandem. When you are ready to take full control of both reins, your healing has depth and is rooted in permanence; no going back to being self-sabotaging in a numbing trance. You have come into your authentic life and are showing up in ways that make you feel as if you are experiencing certain things for the very first time…which is partly true.

From the show My Fair Lady, one of the characters sings about walking down the street as if for the first time…when actually, he has been on the same street every day for years. He is in love, feeling so alive and vibrant; that sense of empowerment belongs to you everyday.

Being present is the gateway to a new life; what you experience while being present changes the way you perceive your environment, relationships, your body, the things from which you are hiding.

You have let go of the toxic people, things and choices that have kept you away from being truly you, truly stable. Which clearly impacts your handling of your finances, hence the title:
Financial Whisperer…quiet, under the radar but life changing.

Where your ‘stage coach” goes, when it arrives and how it arrives is now owned by you and only you.

Welcome to healing……

Sessions:
A 20 week journey that looks at your life in three time zones: the present (your current choices and behavior) past (where your life started to split and become one of adaptation rather than remain authentic) and future (getting tools to prevent the further erosion of your true self).

The sessions revolve around very specific topics that reflect those time zones. For example: Your current state of being covers isolation, depression, loneliness and helplessness. When we look at your past, we will discuss shame, abandonment, anger, and fear. When we examine how those past feelings show up in your behaviors today as metaphors and symbols, we will discuss manipulation, perfection, chaos, and procrastination.
Then, getting the tools to control your future shows up in the category of boundaries, compassion, patience and permission.

These sessions are designed to be the last ‘dance’ for you…the ultimate answer as to WHY you do what you do, and how to permanently change those behaviors that no longer serve you…

This month’s book :
My favorite radio station is NPR….where they succeed in being irreverent, clever, always entertaining and educating. The book title is: This Is NPR…The First Forty Years. It starts out with comments from Cokie Roberts, whose opening line is: “Radio has the best pictures”…how true…no one can improve upon your imagination.
